Is your Board of Directors prepared to fulfill its financial oversight responsibilities? Help build a team that is ready to understand and manage financial information, ensuring effective stewardship of your nonprofit. Raina Rose Tagle, CPA and Partner at Baker Tilly will present a workshop for Executive Directors, CFOs and Board Members. We will review the Board of Directors financial responsibilities and the role of the Board in setting fiscal policies and day-to-day practices. Additionally, we will offer suggestions for communicating fiscal information at your board meeting. Executive Directors, financial professionals or Board members may attend individually, BUT this workshop can have its greatest impact if enrolled as team. Raising the Bar on Your Board's Financial IQ is open to all nonprofits interested in better preparing their board to fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities.
