It's December: Give Where You Live!

It's December: Give Where You Live!

This is the time of year when we reach out to all of our friends and supporters to donate online. So much of our fundraising occurs in December, and we look to you to help make it a great success. Your gift, of any size, can help us reach our goal, and make it possible for us to support emerging and established photographers and to present important programming in the areas of human rights, education, and fine art.

So join the FotoDC campaign and, just as important, share this link with your friends and through your networks online (facebook, twitter, the usual suspects) to help us spread the word. We are really hoping to meet our goal, and hoping you will help us. We can't do it without you!

Warm regards from all of us and best wishes for a peaceful and happy holiday season.

About the Catalogue for Philanthropy:   The Catalogue selected us as one of its featured nonprofits! Each year 120 expert reviewers evaluate applicants for distinction, merit, and impact. Each featured charity has been successfully site visited and its financials given the thumbs up. The Catalogue for Philanthropy charges no fees and raises funds separately to support its work. Since 2003, it has raised over $29 million for charities across Greater Washington. During the month of December, the Catalogue for Philanthropy is working to meet a $5,000 matching grant from The Morris and Gwendowlyn Cafritz Foundation. $10, $50, $100: whatever gift size is right for you will put us one step closer to winning $5,000 and keeping our region's community-based nonprofits strong! Please support us!
